BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to Safety, Inc. for asbestos consultant services for the asbestos abatement of the structure
located at 1300 North Street in the amount of$17,143.75.
