BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Treyco
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of the Flowers Street Pavement Widening Project.
