BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
NYLCare Health Plans of the Gulf Coast, Inc. for a one-year term commencing January
1, 1999 to provide the City's managed care plan.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13,46 day of
