BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Chevron Pipe
Line Company to allow the City to construct a drainage ditch on the City's thirty foot
underground utility easement on Chevron's property at Lot 16, Block "E" of the Mayfair
Second Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
