WHEREAS, on Monday, September 28, 1998, sealed bids were received for an
annual contract for providing medical laboratory services required by the Beaumont Public
Health Department; and,
WHEREAS, St. Elizabeth Hospital submitted a bid in the amounts shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by St. Elizabeth
Hospital should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by St. Elizabeth Hospital in the amounts shown above for an
approximate annual expenditure of$22,087.50 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
