BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to West Texas Gulf Pipe Line Company for reimbursement of adjustment costs on their
pipeline crossing FM 364/Major Drive in the amount of$66,124.85.
