BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to A. L. Roark&Associates, Inc. for the annual renewal of the software support agreement
for the A. L. Roark software system used by the Fire and Police Department in the amount
of$57,400
