BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit and execute all
documents necessary to make a Section 108 Loan application for Two-Million ($2,000,000)
Dollars for the Jefferson Theatre Preservation Society. The funds are for the Jefferson
Theatre Restoration Project.
