BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is authorized or directed to file or cause to be filed
against all owners of the property located at 1155 IH-North and 3355 Gladys Street
situated in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas legal action to remedy the zoning violation
occurring at that location.
