WHEREAS, H. G. Nichols, Sr., H. G. Nichols, Jr., Reed E. Nichols, Kenneth
B. Nichols and R. Allan Nichols have donated a General Utility Easement out of the A.
Houston Survey, Abstract 33, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation
and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said General Utility Easement out of the A. Houston Survey, Abstract 33, donated
by H. G. Nichols, Sr., H. G. Nichols, Jr., Reed E. Nichols, Kenneth B. Nichols and R. Allan
Nichols be and the same is hereby in all things accepted.
