WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, September 14, 1998 for furnishing and
installing a Red/White Obstruction Lighting System on a 400-foot communication tower
located at 1550 Pine Street; and,
WHEREAS, Lumberton Tower Service submitted a bid in the amount of$23,627;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lumberton
Tower Service should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lumberton Tower Service in the amount of $23,627 for
furnishing and installing a Red/White Obstruction Lighting System on a 400-foot
communication tower located at 1550 Pine Street be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
