BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to International Business Machine Corporation (IBM) for the renewal of an annual
maintenance agreement in the amount of$70,618.47 to provide service for the mainframe
computers (AS/400) and peripheral equipment located in City Hall and the Police
Department. The agreement is for an annual period beginning October 1, 1998 and
ending September 30, 1999.
