WHEREAS, Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 has requested a 0.127 acre
easement on City owned property in Lot 15, Block 1, Wescalder Fig Acres, as described
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the grant of said easement and is of
the opinion that the said easement of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement is hereby granted to Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 and
the City Manager is authorized to execute an easement for such purposes.
