WHEREAS, Southwestern Bell has requested a ten-(10) foot by ten-(10) foot wide
easement on City owned property on Klein Park, as described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the grant of said easement and is of
the opinion that the said easement of property is necessary and desirable and that same
should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement is hereby granted to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for
telecommunications facilities on Klein Park and the City Manager is authorized to execute
an easement for such purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the oV/u day of
1998.
