BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to take all steps necessary to
request a Section 108 loan from the Department of Housing and Urban to redevelop a
project in a commercial block along Crockett Street in downtown Beaumont.
