BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the FY 1999 Capital Program is hereby adopted. The Capital Program is
substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "K. A public hearing was held at 1:30
PM on September 1, 1998 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Beaumont, Texas.
