WHEREAS, the claim of Shanna Bond has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held September 1, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Shanna Bond
in the amount Two-Thousand Nine-Hundred ($2,900.00) Dollars.
