BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an agreement with the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, substantially in the form attached hereto
as Exhibit "A."
