BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and accept a grant
from the Texas Department of Transportation Selective Traffic Enforcement Program
(STEP) in the amount of$30,000 to provide funding to enforce D.W.I. enforcement.
