BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit and execute all
documents necessary to make a Section 108 Loan application for a line of credit of up to
Two-Million ($2,000,000) Dollars for the National Development Council. The funds are for
the renovation of the Hotel Beaumont.
