THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release weed liens in the
amount of$$2,116.43, including penalties and interest, against S.W. 12 ft. x 65 ft., 8 ft. x
97 ft. Lot Number Nine (9) and S.E. 20 ft. x 97 ft. Lot Ten (10), Block Number One (1),
North First, located at 175 Lethia Street, owned by General Hayes. The City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to evidence the release of the weed
liens against S.W. 12 ft. x 65 ft., 8 ft. x 97 ft. Lot Number Nine (9) and S.E. 20 ft. x 97 ft.
Lot Ten (10), Block Number One (1), North First, located at 175 Lethia Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1998.
