THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release weed liens in the
amount of$2,468.15, including penalties and interest, against S.W. 10 ft. x 65 ft. Lot
Number Eight (8) and S.E. 30 ft. x 65 ft. Lot Nine (9), Block Number One (1), North
First, located at 185 Lethia Street, owned by Nancy Daw. The City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute all documents necessary to evidence the release of the weed
liens against S.W. 10 ft. x 65 ft. Lot Number Eight (8) and S.E. 30 ft. x 65 ft. Lot Nine
(9), Block Number One (1), North First, located at 185 Lethia Street.
