BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing to consider that a property tax rate of $0.64/100, an increase of
$0.025/100, be established as the "maximum" tax rate to be considered for the City of
Beaumont shall be held Tuesday, September 1, 1998, at 1:30 o'clock p.m. in the City
Council Chambers, City of Beaumont, Texas.
