WHEREAS, the claim of Hattie Green has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held August 11, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Hattie Green
in the amount of Five-Thousand and Five-Hundred ($5,500.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1998.
