WHEREAS, the claim of Paul and Helen Davidson has been discussed in an
Executive Session properly called and held August 11, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Paul and
Helen Davidson in the amount of Six-Thousand Eight-Hundred ($6,800.00) Dollars.
