WHEREAS, bids were received Monday, August 10, 1998 for furnishing all labor, materials,
supplies and equipment necessary to demolish the structure located at 3650 Magnolia; and,
WHEREAS, CST Environmental, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$19,680 and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by CST Environmental, Inc.
in the amount of$19,680 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by CST Environmental, Inc., for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies
and equipment necessary to demolish the structure located at 3650 Magnolia in the amount of
$19,680 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with CST
Environmental, Inc. in the amount of $19,680 for the project.
