BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT.-
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract to Ureteck USA, Inc. to provide
undersealing and lifting services at $5.50 per pound for the Public Works Department,
Streets and Drainage Division. The estimated annual cost is $50,000. This contract is
exempt from competitive bidding because it is available from only one source due to
exclusive patents..
