WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Walden Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Walden Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
3% of the 3-acre tract of land out of Lots 1 - 11 and Lots 13 - 16,
Block 3
C. E. Smith Addition
Value: $3,546.75
Owner: William Arthur Roane
