BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve and execute an
agreement with the Steel Shipping Container Institute, SSCI, of Washington, D.C. to
construct a building to be used to conduct a fire test research project at the Beaumont Fire
Training Facility.
