BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of one
(1) Pierce Lance 1,500 gpm fire pumper in the amount of $314,726.00 through the
Houston-Galveston Area Council Cooperative Purchasing program. The total price of the
truck includes an H-GAC administrative fee of $4,010.00.
