WHEREAS, Madison West Properties, Inc. has agreed to donate a Street Easement
to the City of Beaumont on property located at the northeast corner of the intersection of
State Highway 105 and R.F.D. Road out of the W. B. Dyches Survey, Abstract 17, being
48.19 square feet, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said easement and is
of the opinion that the donation of said easement of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement donated by Madison West Properties, Inc. is hereby accepted.
