BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of
thirty-three (33) vehicles in the amounts shown below from Philpott Ford, Port Neches,
Texas which is the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program's vendor:
