BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to accept the transfer of the contract for
operation and maintenance of the Henry Homberg Municipal Golf Course from the current
operator, Ronald Pfleider, to Andy Hebert. The transfer would be effective January 1,
1998. All terms and conditions of the contract would remain the same.
