WHEREAS bids were received on December 1, 1997 for the Rehabilitation of Loeb Well
Number Two; and,
WHEREAS, Layne Texas, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of$33,022.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Layne Texas, Inc. in
the amount of$33,022.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Layne Texas, Inc. in the amount of$33,022.00 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
