THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release weed liens in the
amount of$972.07, including interest and fees, against Lots 1 through 18, Block 9 of the
Oakwood Addition, owned by Habitat For Humanity Beaumont. The City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to evidence the release of the weed
liens against Lots 1 through 18, Block 9 of the Oakwood Addition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /�� day of
