RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of one
(1)Vactor 2110 Combination Catch Basin Sewer Cleaning Machine for the Public Works
Department, Streets and Drainage Division in the amount of $178,584,48 through the
Houston-Galveston Area Council Cooperative Purchasing program. The total price of the
truck includes an H-GAC administrative fee of$3,071.48.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the,Zvc day
of 1997.
