BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the base wages of the City Manager, Ray Riley, the City Attorney, Lane Nichols, and
the City Clerk, Patrice Fogarty, are hereby increased 4%. A contribution of$7,500.00 for
the City Manager, Ray Riley, $5,000.00 for the City Attorney, Lane Nichols, and $2,000
for the City Clerk, Patrice Fogarty, will be made to the ICMA Retirement Corporation as
deferred compensation. These compensation changes become effective as of October 1,
1997.
