BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute and file a grant
application and execute a grant agreement with the Federal Transit Administration to
partially fund the operation of the Beaumont Municipal Transit from October 1, 1997
through September 30, 1998 (FY 1998).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
