WHEREAS, bids were received on Monday, October 6, 1997 for the purchase of three (3)
truck mounted jet rodders for the Water Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, Underground, Inc., Pearland, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of
$161,997.00 and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Underground, Inc.,
Pearland, Texas in the amount of$161,997.00 should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Underground, Inc., Texas for the purchase of three (3) truck mounted
jet rodders in the amount of$161,997.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
