WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Meentzen Drainage Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for
the Meentzen Drainage Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 3: 0.27 acre (30' by 387.9') being the north one-
half of the dedicated street right-of-way
adjacent to Lot 136, Meentzen Brothers
Subdivision
Appraised Value: $2,025.00

Owners: Donald L. Shackelford and Derold L. Shackelford
