WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) Type I ambulance for
the Emergency Medical Services Division (EMS); and,
WHEREAS, Frazer, Inc., Houston, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of
$79,750.00 and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Frazer, Inc.,
Houston, Texas in the amount of $79,750.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Frazer, Inc., Houston, Texas for the purchase of one (1) Frazer
Type I ambulance in the amount of$79,750.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /tea day of
1997.
