WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
expansion of Alice Keith Park,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A' attached hereto for
the expansion of Alice Keith Park be and the same is hereby, approved:
5.085 acre tract of land out of
J. W. Bullock Survey, Abstract 7
3905 Highland Avenue
Value: $100,000.00
Owner: Highland Limited
