WHEREAS, on Monday, October 13, 1997, sealed bids were received for the
purchase of seventeen (17) trunk mounted video cameras and body packs for the
Beaumont Police ; and,
WHEREAS, Eagleye Technologies of Rome, Georgia submitted a bid in the amount
of$70,117.00 as shown below;

17 Mobile Video Package with Body Pack $3,885.00 $66,045.00
17 Additional Body Packs $181.00 $3,077.00
500 T-120 Commercial VHS Tape $1.99 $995.00
GRAND TOTAL $70,117.00
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Eagleye
Technologies of Rome, Georgia should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Eagleye Technologies of Rome, Georgia for the purchase of
seventeen (17) trunk mounted video cameras and body packs for the Beaumont Police
Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont. �l
