BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract extension
from the expiration date of October 31, 1997 to March 31, 1998 with the Innovative
Housing Development corporation, Inc. (IHDC).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1997.
