WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all materials, labor, supplies and
equipment for the demolition of the structure located at 3500 Chaison; and,
WHEREAS, C & C Demolition, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$24,875.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by C & C
Demolition, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with C
& C Demolition, Inc. for furnishing all materials, labor, supplies and equipment for the
demolition of a structure located at 3500 Chaison in the amount of $24,875.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /, day
