WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
expansion of the Fire Museum parking lot,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for
the expansion of the Fire Museum parking lot be and the same is hereby, approved:
The West 100 feet of Lot 695, Block 30 of the
Original Beaumont Townsite
Value: $18,000.00
Owners: Mr. Charles D. Glass, Dr. Donald Webb
and Dr. John T. Halbert
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
