BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make payment to A. L. Roark
& Associates, Inc. in the amount of $55,995.00 for the annual renewal of a software
support agreement to support software in use by the Fire and Police Departments.
