BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make payment to International
Business Machine Corporation (IBM), Inc. for the renewal of an annual maintenance
agreement for the mainframe computers (AS/400) and peripheral equipment located in City
Hall and the Police Department the amount of$77,581.51
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the T�z-day
