BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the reallocation of the balance remaining in the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Rental Housing Rehabilitation
Program. An allocation of $100,000 would be used for the continuation of a rental
rehabilitation program. The remainder ($103,000 at August 31, 1997 and any future
program income that would accrue to the account) will be reallocated to the revised Owner
Occupied Rehab Program.
