BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT-
THAT the following are hereby adopted as the revised guidelines for the Owner Occupied
Minor Rehabilitation Program in addition to the HUD Requirements:
Revised program guidelines (by priority)
1. Elderly/Disabled
2. Located in low/mod census tracts
3. Oldest application first (under revised priorities)
4. Maximum program amount is $10,000
